O papel da mulher no rádio esportivo: um panorama da participação feminina nas jornadas de futebol em Porto Alegre

O artigo apresenta um mapeamento do papel das mulheres nas coberturas esportivas das quatro principais rádios de Porto Alegre: Band, Gaúcha, Grenal e Guaíba. A pesquisa propõe uma abordagem metodológica através de entrevistas em profundidade e de observação participante. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar quais as atribuições designadas para as mulheres nas emissoras que produzem sistematicamente cobertura futebolística na capital gaúcha. Entende-se que as transformações na mídia e no futebol, com seus impactos sociais e tecnológicos, são preponderantes para compreender a participação feminina em um ambiente historicamente construído como masculino. Neste contexto, busca-se determinar de que forma acontecem as práticas cotidianas das profissionais que atuam nas quatro principais emissoras da cidade no ano de 2023.

The article presents a mapping of the role of women in sports coverage of the four main radio stations in Porto Alegre: Band, Gaúcha, Grenal and Guaíba. The research proposes a methodological approach through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The objective of this work is to identify the attributions assigned to women in broadcasters that systematically produce football coverage in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul. It is understood that the transformations in the media and in soccer, with their social and technological impacts, are preponderant to understand female participation in an environment historically constructed as male. In this context, we seek to determine how the daily practices of professionals who work in the four main broadcasters in the city take place in the year 2023.
