Resumo
O texto que se segue busca contribuir para uma melhor compreensão do papel dos Organismos Internacionais na (re) afirmação do atual “bloco histórico” e problematizar os fundamentos do “cosmopolitismo” defendido pela Terceira Via. Foram analisados dois documentos. O primeiro publicado pela UNESCO e o segundo pela ONU. Tais documentos atribuem à “cultura esportiva” a tarefa de corrigir as distorções sociais, organizar a sociedade civil tornando-a mais coesa, difundir uma cultura de paz e tolerância. Portanto, o esforço foi de apreender os principais objetivos e diretrizes contidos nesses documentos para a construção das atuais políticas públicas de esporte e a “nova” sociabilidade em curso.
Abstract
The following text seeks to contribute to a better understanding of the role of international organizations in (re) affirmation of the current “historical bloc” and question the fundamentals of “cosmopolitanism” advocated by the Third Way. Two documents were analyzed. The first published by UNESCO and the second by the UN. These documents give the “sporting culture” the task of correct social distortions, organizing civil society to make it more cohesive, spread a culture of peace and tolerance. Therefore, the effort was to grasp the main objectives and guidelines contained in the documents for the construction of current public policies for sport and the “new” sociability underway.
