(Re) Significações do lazer em sua relação com a saúde em comunidade de Irati/PR

Esta investigação busca elementos teórico-metodológicos que permitam a superação do enfoque funcionalista presente nas produções acadêmicas que veiculam a contribuição do lazer para a Promoção da Saúde. Partindo da determinação social do processo saúde-doença, tendo a Lazerania como referência e orientando-se por alguns pressupostos da Educação Popular em Saúde e da Epidemiologia Crítica, consideramos ser possível (re) significar o lazer através de uma Escolinha de Futebol para Crianças, desenvolvida no Bairro Lagoa, em Irati/PR, adotando enfoques da pesquisa-ação. Compreendendo e respeitando o sonho de ascensão social proporcionado pelo futebol, traçamos diferentes eixos para reflexão e vivências das crianças nessa modalidade, destacando elementos fundamentais da atenção para saúde individual na relação dialética com o coletivo. Simultaneamente, registramos em diário de campo as informações obtidas nas reuniões da Associação de Moradores do Bairro Lagoa e analisamos o conteúdo de entrevistas semi-estruturadas com informantes da comunidade, bem como de documentos julgados importantes para a compreensão do lazer e saúde na vida social do Bairro, tais como o Estatuto da Associação de Moradores e os Projetos PolíticoPedagógicos de duas escolas locais. Ao serem utilizadas técnicas da hermenêutica-dialética para tratamento dos materiais obtidos no campo, evidenciamos tanto o conformismo dos moradores com a sua realidade, como a resistência do Poder Público em atender algumas reivindicações que dizem respeito ao direito coletivo. Mesmo assim, compreendemos que uma outra relação lazer e saúde é possível quando os conceitos da participação e da mudança são conjugados dialeticamente. A participação gira em torno dos compromissos assumidos pelas crianças para o desenvolvimento das aulas e a mudança relaciona-se ao fortalecimento da coletividade envolvida. Assim, em linhas gerais, acreditamos que esta relação é possível a partir do momento em que há uma preocupação com a emancipação popular, sendo que aos maiores interessados é garantida participação ativa neste processo.

The present investigation searches theory-methodology elements to allow the surpassing of the functional treatment present at academic productions that discuss about the leisure contribution to Health Promotion. From the social determination of the health-disease process, being the Lazerania its reference and being oriented by some Health Popular Education thoughts and also of the Critical Epidemiology basis, one new meaning to leisure by a Soccer School destined to children is considered possible being matured at the District of Lagoa, in Irati/PR, applying the research-action basis. Understanding and respecting the social rising dream provided by the soccer, different topics for reflection by the children were traced and these children’s experiences were analyzed later, separating fundamental elements for the individual health at the dialectical relation to the collectivity. Simultaneously, the information obtained at the district of Lagoa Dwellers Association meetings were registered in a field diary and the content of the semi-structured interviews happened with the community informers and as well as the documents considered important to comprehend leisure and health at the district social life, like the Dwellers Association Rules and the Pedagogic-Politic Projects of two local schools were analyzed. When the hermeneutic-dialectic techniques were applied to treat the material obtained at field, a resignation by the dwellers for their real situation, like the reluctance of the Public Administration in paying attention to some claiming related to the district. Otherwise, another leisure-health relation is possible when the participation and change concepts are dialectically conjugated. The participation is based on the commitments taken by the children, important to the classes development and the changing is related to the involved collectivity strengthen. Thus, this relation is possible from the moment there is a preoccupation with the popular emancipation, where an active participation is guaranteed to the ones involved in this process.
